Sleep is important, but the proper amount varies depending on the type of life you live. Never feel guilty about losing sleep though. If you’re an entrepreneur, it’s likely that you spent most of your time on a run, working nonstop to achieve the goals you and your company set for yourselves. While on these runs, it’s easy to come across tactics of guilt from anyone from your spouse or family to your friends outside of the business. Regardless of the guilt people try to inflict upon you, you should sleep for how ever long you want to and work how ever long you want to.
