I’m surprised by how few people have read “What they don’t teach you at Harvard Business School”. I finished this book a while back but I was just revisiting it and decided to write a quick summary about it.
Reading people
Fundamentals of reading people:
Listen to what’s being said and how it is being said.
Observe aggressively.
Talk less and you will automatically learn more.
Pay close attention to first impressions.
Take time to use what you’ve learned.
