Is New York The Next Detroit?

It seems as though New York City is on its way to becoming the next Detroit. In this week’s video, Patrick Bet-David compares the Big Apple to Detroit, which at one point was known as the “Paris of America.” The business guru breaks down the current state of Detroit and how it transformed into the poorest city with the most crime. While he gives credit and highlights the amazing aspects of the city, Patrick also elaborates on how Detroit’s overall quality decreased over the years and states how New York City may be going down the same road. The Valuetainment founder continues to identify the tell-tale signs that concrete jungle could very well be considered the next Detroit. Watch Patrick put both cities up side-by-side and decide for yourself.
